RBI Grade B Recruitment 2026 : कुछ जरुरी सूचनाएं

  • EWS Reservation भारत सरकार के नियमों के अनुसार लागू होगा।
  • EWS उम्मीदवारों को Income and Asset Certificate Financial Year 2025-26 के आधार पर जमा करना अनिवार्य है।
  • यह प्रमाणपत्र 20 May 2026 (Last Date) से पहले होना चाहिए।
  • EWS vacancies अस्थायी (tentative) हैं और सरकारी निर्देशों/कानूनी प्रक्रिया पर निर्भर हैं।
  • OBC Reservation केवल Non-Creamy Layer (NCL) उम्मीदवारों के लिए मान्य है।
  • Creamy Layer वाले OBC उम्मीदवारों को General Category में आवेदन करना होगा।
  • OBC (NCL) Certificate FY 2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26 की income के आधार पर होना चाहिए।
  • Certificate 01 April 2026 के बाद जारी हुआ हो और 20 May 2026 से पहले valid हो। SC / ST / OBC / PwBD / EWS / Ex-Servicemen उम्मीदवारों को आवश्यक प्रमाणपत्र आवेदन की अंतिम तिथि से पहले रखना जरूरी है।
  • सभी आरक्षण लाभ अंतिम परिणाम के समय सरकारी नियमों के अनुसार लागू होंगे।
  • RBI Board जरूरत पड़ने पर online registration dates में changes कर सकता है।

  • RBI Board जरूरत पड़ने पर exam dates में changes कर सकता है।
  • General post candidates को Phase-II के सभी papers (Paper I, II & III) सभी shifts में appear होना होगा।
  • DEPR और DSIM candidates को दोनों papers देना अनिवार्य है।
  • Candidates केवल DEPR या DSIM में से किसी एक post के लिए ही apply कर सकते हैं।

RBI Grade B Recruitment 2026 : Eligibility Criteria

Nationality

Candidate must be:

  • ndian Citizen, or
  • Nepal / Bhutan citizen, or
  • Tibetan Refugee (before 1 Jan 1962), or
  • Person of Indian Origin migrated from selected countries

Note: Some categories require Government of India eligibility certificate.

Age Limit (As on 01 April 2026)

Minimum Age: 21 Years

Maximum Age: 30 Years

Born between: 02 April 1996 to 01 April 2005

Age Relaxation

  • SC / ST: 5 Years
  • OBC (NCL): 3 Years
  • PwBD: 10 to 15 Years
  • Ex-Servicemen: 5 Years
  • M.Phil / Ph.D Holders: Extra relaxation available
  • Experienced Officers & RBI Staff: As per rules

Educational Qualifiucation:

Grade B (General)
  • Graduation with 60% marks
    (50% for SC/ST/PwBD)

OR

  • Post Graduation with 55% marks
    (Pass marks for SC/ST/PwBD)
Grade B (DEPR)
  • MA / MSc in Economics / Finance related subjects
  • Minimum 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD)
Grade B (DSIM)
  • Master’s Degree in Statistics / Mathematics / Data Science / AI / ML related subjects

OR

  • 4-Year Bachelor’s Degree in related subjects
  • Minimum 55% / 60% marks
    (50% for SC/ST/PwBD)

RBI Grade B Recruitment 2026 – Selection Process

Selection for RBI Grade B posts will be done in 3 stages:

Phase-I

Online Examination (Preliminary Test)

Phase-II

Online / Written Examination (Main Exam)

Interview

Final shortlisted candidates will be called for the Interview round.

Final Selection

Final selection will be based on performance in Phase-I, Phase-II, and Interview as per RBI rules.

  • Visit RBI official website: www.rbi.org.in
  • Go to Opportunities at RBI section and open Grade B Recruitment 2026 link
  • Click on Apply Online option
  • First complete New Registration using Name, Mobile Number & Email ID
  • Login using Registration Number and Password
  • Fill personal details, education details, and category information carefully
  • Upload required documents: Photo, Signature, Left Thumb Impression & Handwritten Declaration
  • Preview the application form before final submit
  • Pay application fee through online mode
  • Submit the form and take a printout for future use

RBI Grade B Recruitment 2026 – Edit Window Facility

  • Online application last date ke baad candidates को 2 days का Edit Window मिलेगा।
  • इस दौरान candidates अपनी application form में limited corrections / modifications कर सकते हैं।
  • Changes करने के बाद form को दोबारा submit करना होगा और required payment भी करना पड़ सकता है।
  • Edit Window की exact dates RBI website पर later notify की जाएंगी।

RBI Grade B Recruitment 2026 – Pay Scale

  • Starting Basic Pay: ₹78,450 per month
  • Pay Scale: ₹78,450 – 1,41,600 (16 years progression)
  • Initial Monthly Gross Salary (without HRA): ₹1,54,936 approx.
